Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, controlling costs, and achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and coordinate daily manpower requirements.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and portion control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for efficient service.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.




- Conduct staff briefings and support training and development of team members.
- Assist in achieving sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B; operation.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety.
- Strong team-management and customer-service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and restaurant billing/POS systems is an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5–6 years or more

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
