Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, managing staff, driving revenue, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

- Lead, train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff effectively.

- Prepare staff schedules, allocate responsibilities, and monitor attendance.

- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

- Monitor sales, daily revenue, expenses, and operational costs.

- Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve restaurant profitability.

- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase/store team.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

- Monitor portion control, wastage, and overall operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food service.

- Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews with the team.

- Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness,



ambience, and service standards.

- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.

- Coordinate with vendors and other departments as required.

- Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.

- Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase footfall and customer retention.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety.

- Proven experience in team handling and staff management.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Customer-oriented approach with positive attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Good understanding of sales, cost control, inventory, and restaurant profitability.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
