Sizzle Club n Dine is a premium luxury resto-pub located in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata, offering an elevated dining, bar and entertainment experience.

We are looking for a well-presented, confident and warm Hostess to be the face of our outlet and create a welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage the entrance and ensure guests receive a smooth and personalised welcome.
- Handle table reservations, guest seating and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
- Maintain an accurate record of reservations and guest preferences.
- Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Service Team and Reservation Team.
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
- Assist in managing VIP guests and special occasions.
- Monitor table availability and coordinate seating during busy hours.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area remains clean, organised and presentable.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional etiquette.
- Support the team in creating an exceptional guest experience.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are:
- Confident, friendly and customer-oriented.




- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Excellent in verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with premium clientele.
- Polite, attentive and capable of handling guests professionally.
- Able to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
- Presentable and confident in English and Hindi. Bengali will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Front Office Executive or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in premium restaurants, luxury hotels, resto-pubs or fine-dining establishments will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust personality may also apply.
