Key Qualifications • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the coffee or F&B; industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Robust understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L;, and sales analysis.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with health, safety,



and food hygiene regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships.
