Position: Restaurant Captain

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise service operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and ensure smooth and efficient table service.
- Supervise Stewards and coordinate daily service activities.
- Take guest orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth order execution.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness and restaurant hygiene.
- Monitor service standards and maintain SOPs.




- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team coordination.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in a fine-dining restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of F&B; service and restaurant operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Well-groomed and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
