Captain - Restaurant

North Willow Consulting is hiring a Restaurant Captain for a reputed restaurant and hospitality client in Kolkata.

We are looking for an experienced restaurant service professional with good guest-handling skills and knowledge of restaurant floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/service team
- Manage assigned tables and ensure smooth service
- Welcome and assist guests professionally
- Coordinate with Stewards and other service team members
- Ensure timely serving and clearing of tables
- Respond to guest requests and service-related queries
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth order execution
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards on the restaurant floor

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant restaurant service experience
- Experience as a Captain or in a similar restaurant service role preferred




- Good knowledge of order taking and table service
- Valuable guest-handling and communication skills
- Bengali, Hindi and English communication preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Rs. 16,000 - Rs. 18,000 per month, in hand

Weekly Off: Rotational

Benefits: Accommodation and Tips/Service Charge

Joining: Immediate
