Role Description The Research Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This position is responsible for leading research initiatives to identify and analyze Canada immigration pathways, labor market trends, provincial programs, and other relevant opportunities for clients. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing research projects, developing questionnaires and survey tools, gathering and interpreting data, and preparing transparent reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.

The Research

Manager will collaborate closely with consultants to provide evidence-based insights, maintain updated databases on immigration policies and program changes, and support strategic planning for client cases.



The role also involves monitoring government announcements, verifying information from multiple sources, and ensuring research outputs are accurate, current, and easy to understand.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to collect, interpret, and present complex data on Canada immigration and market opportunities.
- Experience in Market Research, including competitive analysis, trend identification, and program evaluation in the immigration or related sectors.
