Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural

University (RPCAU) in 2018 and builds on the University’s MBA (Agribusiness) program launched in 2006. Located within the University premises, the College has its own dedicated building with state-of-the-art infrastructure. SAB&RM; is a premier institution in the state for professional management education in agribusiness and rural management.

It focuses on developing entrepreneurs and socially responsible, qualified professionals to manage agribusiness and rural enterprises. The College currently offers fully residential, two-year MBA programs in Agribusiness and Rural Management.

Role Description The Research Assistant Laboratory Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The role involves overseeing daily laboratory operations, including organizing research activities, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The person in this position will support faculty and students in conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and documenting research outcomes relevant to agribusiness and rural management.

Responsibilities also include managing laboratory inventories, coordinating procurement of supplies,



implementing quality control procedures, and supporting research and development (R&D;) projects. The role requires collaboration with academic and administrative staff to ensure efficient laboratory functioning and high-quality research outputs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills and experience working with a range of laboratory equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present research data clearly.
- Candidates should possess experience in quality control processes and maintaining laboratory standards and protocols.
- Candidates should possess exposure to research and development (R&D;), particularly in agribusiness, agriculture, or related fields.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with faculty, students, and technical staff.
- Demonstrated understanding of laboratory safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation practices.
