Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Research and Development Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and improving dairy technology and energy-efficient products, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, performing experiments, running tests, analyzing data, and translating findings into product prototypes and engineering solutions.

The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product designs, ensure performance and reliability, and support pilot deployments and field trials. The role also requires preparing technical documentation,



contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and staying current with developments in energy-productive technologies and dairy industry standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance evaluation, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills to investigate new concepts, technologies, and methods relevant to energy-efficient dairy solutions.
- Candidates should possess Testing skills to design test plans, validate performance, and ensure product reliability and safety.
- Candidates should possess Product Development skills to convert ideas into prototypes and scalable solutions for the dairy industry.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of refrigeration, thermal systems, energy-efficient design, solar systems or dairy processing technologies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and manage multiple projects.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, field trials, and iterative design cycles is an advantage.
