Research & Development Associate

Work Location: Boisar, Palghar

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct plant trials at manufacturing sites to validate recent materials, formulations, and process improvements.
- Perform material characterization and analysis using techniques such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), GCMS & FTIR.
- Work on Smart Polymers and support polymer synthesis and modification activities as per R&D; objectives.
- Handle and support Extrusion Molding operations, including process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Assist R&D; initiatives focused on enhancing material properties, product performance, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Document experimental data,



trial observations, and technical reports in a structured and compliant manner.
- Support scale-up activities from lab to pilot and commercial production.
- Literature survey of non patent and Patent literature search and analysis.

Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of polymer science and material behavior.
- Hands-on experience with DSC, TGA, and polymer material testing techniques.
- Exposure to Smart Polymers, Polymer Synthesis, and Extrusion Molding processes.
- Familiarity with R&D; laboratory practices, SOPs, and safety standards.
