Role Description

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our Data & Research team at Claim 360. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed Data Research, Data Extraction, Data Mining, Lead Generation, and individual/company research to identify and verify potential investment recovery cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth Data Research on individuals, companies, shareholders, investors, and related entities.
- Perform Data Extraction from financial records, corporate databases, public records, websites, reports, and other reliable sources.
- Carry out Data Mining to identify relevant investment and shareholder information.
- Generate and verify potential leads for investment recovery cases.
- Research individuals, family members, descendants, legal heirs, associated companies, addresses, and professional connections where required.
- Cross-check information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Organize, clean, validate, and maintain datasets using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect information and improve overall data quality.




- Prepare structured research reports and summaries for internal teams.
- Work closely with the Data Mining, Research, and Sales teams to provide verified research leads.
- Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and client information.
- Meet research targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or interest in Data Research, Data Extraction, Research Analysis, Lead Generation, and Data Mining.
- Strong internet research and investigative research skills.
- Ability to search, verify, and connect information from multiple sources.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Research, Financial Services, Lead Generation, Data Mining, Market Research, KYC, Investment Research, or Data Analysis is an advantage.
