Experience: 2–5 Years (Healthcare experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & onboarding of employees
- Maintaining employee records & HR documentation
- Attendance & payroll coordination
- HR reporting and compliance
- Employee engagement activities
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field.
