About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our Consolidation and Financial Reporting team. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, audit coordination, and compliance within a large corporate environment. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and financial reports.
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate with group entities for collection and validation of financial information.
- Assist in intercompany reconciliations and resolution of differences.
- Support related party reporting and compliance requirements.
- Assist in statutory audit activities and coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and financial analysis reports.
- Support documentation of accounting positions and technical accounting matters.




- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives within the finance function.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting timelines.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified in the recent 0-2 years.
- Strong academic record with a sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS.
- Understanding of financial statements and consolidation concepts.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn financial reporting, compliance, and consolidation processes.

Preferred Skills

- Articleship experience in a Big 4 or reputed audit firm.
- Exposure to statutory audits, financial reporting, or group reporting during articleship.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP will be an added advantage.
