Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Hyderabad. The Reporter will cover company activities, projects, and industry developments, producing clear and accurate news reports, articles, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering information from site visits, interviews, and briefings; verifying facts; and drafting written pieces about installations, maintenance work, and technological updates.

The role also involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to explain complex processes in accessible language, and using multimedia formats where helpful to document and present work. The Reporter will contribute to both internal and external communication channels, supporting transparency, knowledge sharing, and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills to gather information, verify facts, and produce timely,



accurate stories.
- Candidates should possess excellent Writing and Communication skills to present technical and operational content clearly to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills to capture and present information using photos, video, or digital formats when needed.
- Relevant experience in industrial, engineering, or business reporting is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in office in operational environments are required.
- A degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting are important.
