- Handle back-office operations and client servicing related to Mutual Funds and Insurance.

- Process KYC, onboarding, SIP, Lumpsum, Redemption, Switch, STP, SWP and other transactions.

- Coordinate with clients, AMCs, insurance companies and internal teams for smooth processing.

- Maintain client records, documentation, transaction details and MIS reports.

- Handle client queries related to Mutual Fund transactions, statements, policies and service requests.

- Follow up on pending documents, transactions and service requirements.

- Support the sales team in client servicing and operational activities.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance and other financial products to existing clients.





- Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / MBA / M.Com or relevant field.

- NISM Series V-A certification is mandatory.

- 1–3 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services.

- Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and office operations.

- Knowledge of Mutual Fund/Insurance platforms will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
