Position: Relationship Officer (DST)

Sales Type: Field Sales

Employment Type: On-Roll

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP Sales

Qualification: Graduation

Locations: Chandigarh, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Jhunjhunu, Jodhpur, Nokha, Rohtak, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Rohini, Moti Nagar, Noida, Gurugram, Bulandshahr & Muzaffarnagar

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP Sales
- Strong interest and willingness to work in field sales
- Good communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Experience in handling customers and channel partners





Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Home Loan/LAP products through field activities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to disbursement
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Conduct regular field visits and market activities
