About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Relationship Managers to join our stock-broking team.

The role involves acquiring new clients, assisting customers with demat/trading account opening, generating leads, following up with prospects and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calling, references and other channels
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients
- Assist customers with demat and trading account opening
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients
- Support margin creation and other client requirements
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups

Good communication skills, confidence and a target-oriented approach are important.

Compensation

Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000/month

Higher incentives are available based on performance and achievement of defined targets.
