- Generate recent Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field activities.
- Search and identify potential customers through market visits, references, leads, and local networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, DSAs, and other referral partners.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for document collection, verification, processing, and loan disbursement.
- Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and customer meetings.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
