ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Current Account to manage an assigned client portfolio, drive superior customer service and generate business through CASA acquisition and cross-selling of banking products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive CASA value build-up and current client acquisition.
- Manage and engage mapped customers to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Increase product holding per customer through relevant banking products.
- Profile customers and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Drive onboarding for Mobile/Net Banking, Bill Pay, SIP, Insurance, Investment Solutions, Retail Loans and SME Loans.
- Achieve monthly operating plans and branch scorecard targets.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers for closure of Business Loans, Working Capital, POS, CMS and Trade transactions.
- Ensure quick resolution of customer queries and complaints.




- Manage cash and non-cash transactions and branch vault operations.
- Maintain branch registers, reports, reconciliations and suspense accounts.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and strengthen customer relationships.

Post-Graduation: Any

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

6+ years of relevant experience in banking/branch banking/current account relationship management.
