Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Relationship Manager – Student Admissions Counselor to guide students through the college admissions process. This role involves understanding each student’s academic background, career goals, and preferences to help them choose the right country, college/university, and program. You will act as a trusted advisor, building robust relationships with students and their families throughout the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding international higher education options (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs based on their academic profile, budget, and career goals.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication (in-person, phone, or online).
- Assist students with the complete admission process including applications, documentation, personal statements, and interview preparation.
- Keep up-to-date information on admissions policies, course offerings, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with university representatives and attend education fairs, webinars, and training programs.
- Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly student conversion targets.
