- Role Description

Relationship Executive – Institutional Partnerships We're looking for someone who knows how to open doors and build genuine, lasting relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. This is not a student counseling role, and it isn't a traditional sales or cold-calling position either.

Your mission is to identify institutions that could benefit from partnering with us, determine the best way to approach each one, connect with the right decision-maker, build credibility, and grow the relationship until our Head Office or senior leadership can step in for a formal conversation. In short, you'll own the journey from "Whom should we be talking to?" all the way to "This decision-maker is genuinely interested and ready to meet our leadership."

Key Responsibilities

Spot the right opportunities

Research and shortlist schools, colleges, universities, educational groups, associations, and similar institutions that could become strong long-term partners.

Work out how to reach them

No two institutions are alike. You'll decide the most effective way in — whether that's LinkedIn, email,

phone, referrals, industry associations, warm introductions, networking, or another professional channel.

Track down the real decision-maker

Skip the generic inbox and the reception desk. Find the person who can genuinely move things forward — management, principals, directors, international offices, placement cells, career services, HODs, or other relevant stakeholders.

Kick off the relationship

Make first contact, introduce our organization and what we offer in a natural way, understand the institution's needs, and spark enough interest to keep the conversation going.

Nurture the relationship over time

Stay in touch through thoughtful, well-timed follow-ups. This isn't about collecting contacts — it's about building relationships that can grow into real institutional partnerships.

Set up the executive meeting

Once the relationship is solid and genuine interest is confirmed, arrange a qualified meeting between the prospect and our Head Office or senior leadership.

Keep the pipeline organized

Maintain clear, accurate records of prospects, contacts, conversations, follow-ups, relationship status, scheduled meetings, and outcomes.

Who Thrives in This Role

You could be a excellent fit if you're naturally skilled at researching organizations, tracking down the right people, starting professional conversations, following up persistently but never pushily, and turning a first introduction into a meaningful business relationship.

Background in institutional partnerships, education, business development, university relations, B2B relationship management, corporate outreach, or partnership development is a plus.

More than anything, we're looking for someone resourceful and self-driven — you won't be handed a daily call list. We expect you to spot the opportunities, figure out how to reach them, and steadily build a strong pipeline of relationships on your own.

This is a fully remote, outcome-driven role. Success here is measured by the relationships you build and progress — not by call volume.
