Qualifications

- Valid nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) and current registration with the relevant nursing council.
- Clinical care skills in ICU and ward settings, including patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and documentation.




- Experience or training in critical care, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and handling medical emergencies.
- Knowledge of infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and hospital standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical teams and patient families.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide round-the-clock patient care as required.
- Previous experience in tertiary or multispecialty hospitals, especially ICU, PICU, or NICU, is an advantage.
