Role Description The Regional Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs for sales and operations teams to improve product knowledge, customer engagement, and overall performance.

The Regional Training

Manager will conduct classroom and field training, facilitate onboarding sessions, and provide ongoing coaching and support to regional team members. The role also includes assessing training needs, developing training content and schedules, tracking training effectiveness through performance metrics,



and collaborating with regional leadership to align training initiatives with business goals.

Manager will ensure that all training adheres to company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in adult learning.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Experience in curriculum design, content development, and training needs analysis for sales or insurance teams.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Ability to use MS Office and digital tools for training materials, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Previous experience in life insurance, financial services, or related industries, preferably in a training or sales enablement role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant training or L&D; certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, travel within the region as needed, and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
