- Perform accurate and timely data entry of tariffs, rates, surcharges, and cost elements into the Topaz ERP and ECU360 systems.
- Ensure all assigned tariff updates are completed within the required turnaround time (TAT).
- Assist in validating data for correctness, completeness, and alignment with instructions provided by the Regional Tariff Manager or business teams.
- Maintain logs, trackers, and status reports for tariff updates and pending tasks.
- Coordinate with business users and data entry vendors to clarify inputs or resolve basic data issues.
- Support routine tariff maintenance tasks such as updating expiring rates, uploading cost sheets, and processing periodic revisions.
- Help test easy system functionalities or data upload templates when required.
- Escalate any discrepancies or recurring issues to the Regional Tariff Manager for review.
