ncygys Automation Private Limited is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, revenue growth, and market development across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC/Ventilation, technical sales, channel development, and project/specification sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop new markets and expand the customer base.
- Build and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Develop relationships with architects, MEP consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Generate and convert qualified sales leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM updates, and regular reporting.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, design, and project teams for successful execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and travel extensively within the assigned region.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in sales/business development.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and/or Ventilation.
- Experience in field sales, dealer/channel development, project sales,



specification sales, or corporate sales.
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, architects, MEP consultants, builders, developers, or contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to independently manage a territory.
- Experience with CRM, sales pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Background: HVAC, ventilation, building products, electricals, appliances, automation, or similar industries.
