Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance across multiple channels (Retail, HO, C&R;) to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for new product launches, including prepaid and postpaid products.
- Build strong relationships with merchants through effective onboarding processes.
- Identify opportunities for growth in broadband services, DTH, ISP, and internet sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in telecom sales or fintech sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of broadband services, DTH, ISP, merchant onboarding, prepaid sales, postpaid sales, and telecom industry trends.
