Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, and other financial institutions.
- Resolve escalated issues related to customer loan processing and disbursement.
- Design attractive financing schemes for EV two-wheeler customers in coordination with lending partners
- Support sales teams with updated bank/NBFC offers and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for timely payment to the company/dealer.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduate/MBA in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience: 510 years in vehicle finance, two-wheeler/auto finance, NBFC, banking, fintech, or automobile industry.
- Experience in two-wheeler loans / EV financing will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of bank/NBFC lending processes.
- Good negotiation, relationship-management, analytical, and communication skills.
