Regional Head MP
Role Description This is a full-time, in office Regional Manager (Express Logistics) role based in Indore for 21+ Year old Courier Company.
The Regional
Manager will oversee express logistics operations across the assigned region, ensuring service quality, timely deliveries, and cost-effective performance.
Responsibilities include managing regional distribution networks, monitoring shipment flows, optimizing routing, and coordinating with hubs, warehouses, and last-mile partners. The role involves leading and mentoring regional teams, setting performance targets, and implementing process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
The Regional
Manager will also handle key customer escalations, review regional KPIs, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Express Logistics Management skills to oversee regional express operations and optimize end-to-end flows, Sales, P&L; and Administration.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement to support effective stock control, vendor coordination, and cost management.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to manage escalations, maintain service-level commitments, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in regional operations, preferably in express logistics, transportation, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated people leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and performance development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with comfort using data and KPIs to drive outcomes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Familiarity with logistics management systems, routing tools, and basic MS Office or similar productivity software.
