Key Responsibilities
- Manage Referral Pipeline: Review incoming candidate referrals, screen resumes for basic job fit, and route qualified talent to the appropriate recruiters or hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Reach out to referred candidates promptly, explain the application process, and provide a welcoming, brand-positive introduction to the company.
- Communication & Follow-Up: Maintain transparent communication with referrers regarding the status of their referrals.
- Tracking & Data Management: Track all referral data, metrics, and conversion rates accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Program Promotion: Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to promote internal referral campaigns, share open roles, and celebrate successful hires.
- Incentive Administration: Coordinate with finance or payroll to ensure referral bonuses and rewards are processed and paid out accurately and on time.
