About the Role

Business Brandy is looking for an experienced Videographer & Video Editor who can turn a brand brief into compelling visual contentfrom planning and shooting to delivering polished edits.

You should be confident shooting resorts, cafs, restaurants, products, lifestyle content, and brand campaigns, adapting your approach to different spaces, subjects, and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independently plan and execute shoots for resorts, hospitality venues, products, founders, creators, and other brand requirements.
2. Capture interiors, property walkthroughs, food and beverages, product details, people, and experiences with a strong eye for composition.
3. Develop concepts, mood boards, shot lists, and visual references aligned with the brand and campaign objective.
4. Handle camera settings, lighting, audio, framing, and gimbal movements confidently.
5. Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, social media ads, brand films, and website content.
6. Deliver polished edits with strong hooks, pacing, sound design, colour grading, subtitles, and appropriate motion graphics.
7. Adapt trends and content formats to suit each brands identity.
8. Coordinate with the marketing and content team, manage deadlines,



incorporate feedback, and organise footage.

Requirements
1. 1+ years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing hospitality, food, product, lifestyle, or commercial work.
3. Must have access to an Iphone 16 + camera and gimbal.
4. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software; After Effects knowledge is a plus.
5. Robust understanding of lighting for interiors, food, and products, including reflective surfaces and detail shots.
6. Ability to direct people on camera and capture natural, engaging moments.
7. Understanding of social media storytelling, attention-grabbing openings, and platform-specific formats.
8. Ability to manage shoots independently, solve problems on location, and deliver consistent quality.
9. Willingness to travel to client locations for shoots.
