Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements. The role is target-oriented and involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers and joining formalities.




- Handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Achieve assigned monthly recruitment and closure targets.
- Maintain regular recruitment reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements :
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening ability.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Recruitment consultancy/agency experience is an advantage.
