Tech and Non-Tech Recruiters with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates across mid to senior-level positions.

- Understand client requirements and identify relevant talent through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.

- For Tech Recruiters: handle product-focused technology roles across engineering, product, and related functions.

- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the interview and offer process.





- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of mandates.

- Develop a strong understanding of the sectors, companies, and talent markets being covered.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of recruitment experience.

- Solid sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Tech Recruiters must have prior experience hiring for product roles.

- Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.

- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
