Movie Max, a growing multiplex chain, operating 80 screens across 20+ locations. We are looking for a passionate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer and joining.

The role is focused purely on recruitment and talent acquisition, with candidates from both corporate and consultancy backgrounds welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle,



including offer release and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Negotiate compensation and discuss offer details with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support background verification and pre-employment documentation.
- Achieve recruitment TAT and hiring targets as assigned.
