We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for roles such as technicians, helpers, operators, delivery executives, warehouse staff, security personnel, drivers, and other frontline positions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions.
Source candidates through job portals,
recruitment agencies, employee referrals, social media, local networks, and walk-in drives.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face screening/interviews.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/site teams.
Maintain a database of candidates and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
Conduct recruitment drives and walk-in interviews when required.
