Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to the Automotive industry to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for

Automotive industry requirements

.

- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.

- Understand Automotive job descriptions and identify relevant technical skills and experience.

- Screen candidates and assess their suitability based on client requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.

- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming Automotive requirements.

- Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely submissions and closures.





- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on recruitment experience in the

Automotive industry is mandatory

.

- Good understanding of Automotive roles, technologies, and skillsets.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

- Experience working with Automotive clients or staffing projects will be an added advantage.
