Job Summary

VTech Solution Inc. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Canada IT Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations from our Noida office. We are seeking recruitment professionals with strong experience in Canada IT staffing. Candidates with extensive experience in the US IT staffing and technical hiring process are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT recruitment, team leadership, client management, and delivering hiring targets in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Canada-based clients.

Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement activities.

Manage and mentor recruitment teams to ensure high productivity and quality submissions.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client requirements and business objectives.

Track team performance, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.

Handle escalations, team coaching, and performance management.

Required Qualifications





Minimum 10 years of overall recruitment experience.

At least 2 years of leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.

Strong experience in Canada IT Recruitment.

Candidates with experience in US IT Staffing and Technical Recruitment are also welcome to apply.

Proven expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and recruitment lifecycle.

Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling direct clients and implementation partners.

Expertise in niche and emerging technology hiring.

Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
