Candidate Expectation

- Candidate with 0 - 2 years of experience with IT Or Non-IT Hiring experience.
- IT & Non-IT Hiring experience would be an added advantage.
- Open to consider smart Freshers with excellent communication skills and high energy levels.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Solid verbal, written communication skills and sound judgement.
- Bachelor’s degree /MBA Freshers can also apply.

- Responsible for End-to-End sourcing and Recruitment for IT Or Non-IT requirements.
- Fulfil large number of staffing requirements across Domains, Function and Industry.
- Used platforms such as Naukri,



LinkedIn, Shine, Monster to source and advertise openings.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and qualified platforms).
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
