We are a premium apparel brand focused on delivering quality fashion and an exceptional customer experience. As we continue to expand our retail presence, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage recruitment requirements for our stores and support business growth.

- HR Recruiter – Non-IT Recruitment

Location

- Thane, Maharashtra

Working Hours

- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy with Non-IT hiring experience
- Salary
- Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail/store hiring requirements .
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with store/business teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment channels .
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Manage offer, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable Non-IT/retail candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment consultancy experience .
- Hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment , preferably retail/store hiring.
- Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable candidate screening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.
