Role & responsibilities

As part of our expansion, we are inviting women professionals who have taken a career break due to family, personal, or health reasons to restart their careers through a structured work-from-home recruitment role.

This role offers a versatile working model with continuous support and live hiring assignments.

Role Overview

- Work as a Recruitment Associate from home
- Work 6 hours a day (anytime between 9:00 AM 6:00 PM), 6 days a week
- Handle assigned client requirements with continuous pipeline of roles
- Each recruiter will be mapped to specific clients

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and references
- Coordinate with candidates and support interview scheduling




- Work on assigned roles with daily guidance and structured support
- Maintain consistent delivery on client requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Women based in CHENNAI ONLY (mandatory)
- Candidates returning to work after a career break
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using mobile / laptop / internet tools
- Willing to attend face-to-face interaction and monthly review meetings in Chennai

Selection Process
- Initial discussion and role understanding
- Proof of Concept: Close 2 positions
- Closures will be paid with incentives (no free work involved)

What We Offer
- Flexible work-from-home model

- Base pay (Rs 12,000 ) + 10% Fixed incentive per successful placement
- Fixed Pay Mentioned for those Experienced In Recruitment
- Total earning opportunity up to 20,000 per month (base pay + incentives)
