We are hiring a result-oriented Collection Executive to manage upcoming and overdue accounts for leading Banks and NBFCs. You will make proactive payment reminders and negotiate outstanding debt recovery. A DRA license is mandatory for this role; however, if you are not certified, the company will sponsor and apply for your DRA training and licensing upon joining.Key Responsibilities:
- Reminder Calls: Make proactive calls to customers to remind them of upcoming payment due dates.
- Debt Recovery: Contact overdue account holders to negotiate payment terms and recover outstanding balances.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment promises in the CRM.
- Compliance:
Follow strict RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and data privacy policies.
Requirements:
- Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) License / Certification is preferred. (Candidates without a license must be willing to undergo company-sponsored training and licensing).
- Education: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in BPO collections, telecalling, or customer service (Bank/NBFC experience is a plus).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, negotiation skills, and basic computer knowledge.
