About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience and hands-on experience in hiring for Field Sales and Tele Sales positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.
- Handle bulk hiring for Field Sales and Tele Sales roles.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.




- Ensure timely closures and follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience hiring for Field Sales and Tele Sales roles will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- 25,000 per month Net Take Home (NTH)
- PF & ESI
- Performance-based incentives up to 6,000 per month
- Incentives are based on recruitment performance.
