Job Overview

We are looking for a

Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of

2 years of agency recruitment experience to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both technical and non-technical recruitment and have strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other channels.

- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews and shortlist relevant profiles.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage the recruitment process.

- Maintain solid candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and deliver relevant profiles.





- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in agency/recruitment consultancy hiring.

- Agency recruitment experience is mandatory.

- Candidates with only in-house Talent Acquisition experience in IT companies are not preferred.

- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles

- Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn recruitment/sourcing is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.

- Strong ownership, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
