Role Description The Recruiter role at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various roles across the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience.





The role also involves managing recruitment databases, supporting onboarding, and tracking recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. The Recruiter is expected to uphold the company’s customer-first and people-centric values by attracting talent that aligns with Barbeque Nation’s culture and service standards.

Qualifications

- Solid talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination of selection processes.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Understanding of hospitality or retail sector hiring practices is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and maintain a professional, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach to recruitment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
