We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment database/ATS.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
