What would you do?

- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- The Record to Report team supports accurate period end financial reporting, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, controls and audit ready accounting across assigned entities and accounts.
- Posting journal entries preparing balance sheet reconciliations reviewing entries and reconciliations preparing cash forecasting statement supporting month end closing preparing reports and supports in audits • Design and implement processes to track and study various expenses incurred for the production and sale of a product from raw materials purchases to transportation and inventory costs.

What are we looking for?





- • Finance Processes
- • End to end statutory and financial reporting, financial statement preparation, supporting schedules, data validation and reporting controls
- • Variance and trend analysis, issue resolution, reporting governance and transparent financial commentary
- Systems Knowledge (preferred)
- • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI or similar ERP, reporting and visualization tools
- Industry Experience (preferred)
- • Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)

Roles and Responsibilities

- • In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower complexity problems
- • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- • You may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management
- • You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
- • Manage assigned statutory reporting activities and timelines, track completion, highlight risks and communicate issues that may affect reporting delivery.
- • Prepare and review accurate financial reports, financial statements, supporting schedules and reconciliations with complete supporting evidence.
- • Validate data across ERP and reporting systems, investigate variances or inconsistencies, and coordinate timely resolution with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
- • Develop structured commentary on financial movements, risks and trends maintain audit ready reporting evidence; support governance reviews and contribute to reporting standardization, automation and continuous improvement specific KPI targets
- Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
