Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based at KAILTECH’s facility in Indore.

- The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet visitors, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and partners.
- Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings, and maintaining visitor logs.
- The role also involves performing clerical tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, supporting documentation and filing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.




- The Receptionist will represent KAILTECH’s commitment to quality service through explicit communication, courteous customer interactions, and efficient support to staff and visitors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette skills, including managing calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as basic documentation, filing, handling mail, and maintaining records with attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, calendars, and office software (e.g., MS Office or similar), is required.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is an advantage.

Local Indore candidates shall be preferred.
