Telecaller – Event Management

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Event Management team in Palakkad, Kerala.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, communicating with potential clients, following up on leads, and coordinating client requirements with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls from existing and potential clients.
- Handle enquiries related to weddings, events, decorations, stage setups, and other event services.
- Understand customer requirements and collect necessary event details.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries and quotations.
- Provide basic information about our services and packages.
- Coordinate client requirements with the sales, design, and event management teams.
- Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings or site visits when required.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Malayalam communication is required.




- Positive English communication is an added advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or event management is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn about our event services and communicate with clients professionally.
