Job Title: Front Desk Manager

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time, permanent Front Desk Manager at Detailing Bot. This is a high-level position where you will act as the primary mediator between our clients and the business owner. You will hold the second-highest level of authority in the studio, ensuring smooth operations and premium customer service.

Work Hours & Location

- Type: Full time, Permanent
- Location: On-site at our Detailing Studio
- Schedule: 6 Days working- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional consultations on detailing services.
- Manage the daily booking schedule and customer check-ins.
- Act as a direct liaison between the owner and the clients to ensure project satisfaction.
- Handle billing, invoicing,



and front-office administration.
- Oversee the final quality check of vehicles before they are handed over to clients.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front-desk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle responsibility and make professional decisions.
- A polite, confident, and professional demeanor.

Pay & Benefits
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Benefits: ₹10,000+ incentive Plans
