About Omshri Realtech Group

Omshri Realtech Group is an established real estate development company specializing in residential and plotted development projects. With a growing portfolio of projects across North India, we are now expanding our operations with a new branch in Greater Noida.

We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives to join our growing team and contribute to the expansion of our Greater Noida operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calling, networking, references, and other sales activities.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities using the company’s CRM/system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Stay updated on the company’s projects, offerings, and developments in the local real estate market.





Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, property, banking, insurance, automobiles, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with prospective customers.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Greater Noida/Noida property market will be an added advantage.
