Role OverviewWe're looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to manage client relationships, convert leads into sales, and help buyers find their ideal property. You'll work closely with our listings and leads pipeline to close deals efficiently while delivering a smooth, trustworthy experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads (calls, website inquiries, referrals) and convert them into site visits and sales
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable ready-to-move-in or under-construction properties
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update lead status/progress in the CRM or tracking system




- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and channel partners
- Stay updated on local property market trends across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align on active listings and promotional campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with the Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai real estate market
- Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, email, WhatsApp Business)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- A two-wheeler/vehicle and valid driving license preferred (for site visits)
